You feel like you can take a giant exhale inside your soul and allow everything that was stirring inside you without a voice or advocate to be finally set free. You are hooked to that feeling and desire that same rush to be shared with those who are either the performer or audience member.

I have pursued this rush both inside the studio with my peers and students in the middle of creating, while also on the stage representing the vision of fellow choreographers and artists.”
